PARKS & NON-RESIDENTIAL

POLICY for Parks and Commercial Locations

-All locations that are non-residential are subject to an extra delivery fee.
-The client must give Bounce World at least a hour delivery window to ensure timely delivery.
-The client must give Bounce World at least a half hour pickup window to ensure timely pickup.
-The location of the event must have power within 75 feet of where the game will be setup.
-The customer is responisble for checking to make sure the game he/she is renting is ok to have at the event location.
-If the customer needs an insurance certificate for the event location, he/she is responsible for telling Bounce World at least week ahead of time.
