Corporate Holiday Party Rentals
December in New Orleans is unpredictable. Plan indoors and the weather stops being your problem.
Most corporate holiday parties in this city are indoor events, and most inflatable vendors quote you outdoor equipment. Ceiling height, not floor space, is what decides whether an attraction fits.
We ballast rather than stake, so hotel ballrooms, warehouses, office atriums and event halls all work. Tell us the venue and we'll only quote things that actually fit. Book 4 to 6 weeks out.
What fits indoors
- Interactive and carnival games. Basketball games, axe throw simulator, velcro wall, spin art. Low ceiling requirement, adult-appropriate, and they work in business-casual clothes.
- Obstacle courses. Long rather than tall — usually the best use of a ballroom or warehouse floor.
- Standard bounce houses and combo units if it's a family holiday party.
- Stuff-a-bear with custom t-shirts. A strong fit for a December family party — every kid leaves with something branded.
- Mini golf. Works in a corridor or a lobby, no ceiling issue, and adults with a drink in hand will play it.
The 26-foot rock wall usually doesn't fit indoors
It's our biggest draw and it's the first thing people ask for. Most ballrooms and event halls can't take it. Tell us your ceiling height before you build a plan around it — if it fits, we'll tell you; if it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
Family party or adults only?
- Adults only: competition beats bouncing. Axe throw simulator, archery tag, velcro wall, knockerballs. These get people who came to stand by the bar to actually participate.
- Family party: split the room. Kids' units in one zone, adult competition in another, so parents can see their kids without standing next to them.
The practical stuff
- Venue approval: most hotels and event venues want a certificate of insurance naming them. We provide it — send us the exact wording.
- Anchoring: ballasted indoors. No stakes, no penetration, no adhesive on permanent surfaces.
- Power: dedicated 20 amp circuit per blower within 100 feet. Confirm with venue electrical rather than assuming.
- Access: 36 inches for a bounce house, 42 for a bigger game — and check the loading route, not just the room.
- Staffing: trained attendants for the run of the event.
Common questions
Can you set up in a hotel ballroom?
Yes. Units are ballasted so nothing damages the floor. We'll want ceiling height and the loading route before quoting.
Will our venue require insurance?
Almost certainly. We provide a certificate naming the venue and your company — send us their required wording and limits.
What works for an adults-only party?
Competition formats: axe throw simulator, archery tag, velcro wall, knockerballs. People who won't bounce will compete.
How far ahead should we book December?
Four to six weeks. December is lighter than October or May for us, but indoor-capable units are a smaller pool.
