Holiday Themes
Common questions about holiday themed rentalsWhen should I book a Halloween unit?By August. October is the single busiest month of our year — school and church fall festivals book the calendar out — and Halloween-themed units are the first things to go. If you are planning an October event, do not wait for September. When should I book a Mardi Gras unit? Before Christmas. Carnival season fills fast and the real constraint is often access rather than availability — parade route closures decide whether we can physically reach your address on the day. See our Mardi Gras page for how that works. What holidays do you have themed units for?Halloween, Christmas and Mardi Gras are the main three, in both fully themed units and banner versions. Browse this category to see what is currently in inventory for your date. Can I get a holiday theme on any unit?Often, yes — our banner themed combos take a themed banner on a solid-color unit, which is how we cover more themes than we have printed units. Ask when you call. Are holiday units different to set up?No. Same requirements as any inflatable: 36 inches minimum clearance on the access path, a dedicated 20 amp circuit within 100 feet, clear overhead, and one adult supervising the whole time. Cooler months just mean fewer wet units. What if the weather turns in December or February?Wind at 20 mph or higher, or lightning, means everyone exits and the blower gets unplugged until it passes. Cancel at least two days before your event and what you have paid becomes a raincheck, valid three months and usable once. Still deciding?
