Church Event Rentals in New Orleans
Fall festivals, VBS, family days and Easter. Built for volunteer-run events on a church budget.
Church events are almost always run by volunteers, and that changes what you should rent. Equipment that needs trained supervision is a liability when the person watching it is a parent who signed up that morning.
We'll tell you which units are volunteer-friendly and which ones you should let us staff. And we handle the certificate of insurance your church or its property insurer will want.
Pick your event
Fall Festival & Trunk-or-Treat
The biggest church outreach event of the year. Layout, throughput and volunteer load.
Vacation Bible School
Multi-day summer programming with rotating age groups.
Church Picnic & Family Day
All-ages events where grandparents and toddlers are at the same table.
Easter Egg Hunt
Spring outreach. What to add so families stay past the hunt.
Built for volunteers
- Volunteer-friendly: standard bounce houses, combo units, basketball and carnival games, spin art. Simple rules, low risk, easy to supervise.
- Let us staff it: the 26-foot rock wall, archery tag, knockerballs, dunk tank. These need trained operators, and we'd rather send an attendant than have a volunteer learn on the day.
- One monitor per unit is the rule regardless. Build your volunteer schedule around that number before you pick equipment.
Outreach events need a wider age range than you think
Church events draw grandparents, toddlers and teenagers to the same field. The common miss is renting entirely for elementary kids, then losing the middle and high schoolers within twenty minutes. One competition unit — knockerballs or an axe throw simulator — keeps that group on the property, which is usually the point of the event.
What we can bring
Large: obstacle courses, giant slides, zorb balls, knockerballs. Medium: dunk tanks, velcro walls, archery tag, axe throw simulators. Standard: bounce houses, basketball games, themed inflatables. Add-ons: 26-foot rock climbing wall, spin art, pucker powder candy machine, stuff-a-bear with custom t-shirts, mini golf.
The practical stuff
- Power: dedicated 20 amp circuit per blower within 100 feet. Church lawns and fields usually don't have one where you want it — generators from us, one per inflatable.
- Surface: grass staked, parking lot sandbagged, fellowship hall ballasted.
- Insurance: certificate of insurance at 4.5% of the order. Your property insurer will likely want one on file.
- Access: 36 inches of clearance for a bounce house, 42 for a bigger game.
- Supervision: one monitor per unit, 200 lb per rider, socks on and shoes off.
Common questions
Can volunteers run the equipment?
For standard units, yes — one monitor per unit, and we brief them at setup. For the rock wall, dunk tank, archery tag and knockerballs we'd send attendants.
Will our insurance company need something from you?
Usually a certificate of insurance. Send us what they require and we'll match the wording.
Do you set up in a fellowship hall or gym?
Yes. Ballasted indoors, no floor damage. Ceiling height decides what fits.
