Weekly Summer Camp Rentals
A different attraction every week, all summer, at a rate that isn't ten separate rentals.
Camps that rent weekly get a materially better rate than camps that book one-off days. Same equipment, one recurring schedule, fewer deliveries — and your counselors learn the routine instead of relearning it every time.
Tell us your camp weeks upfront and we'll build a rotation: a different unit each week so returning campers get something new, priced as a season rather than as ten separate jobs.
How a weekly rotation works
- One or two units per week, swapped on a fixed day. Wednesday is common — it breaks the week and gives you something to put on the parent newsletter.
- Rotate the type, not just the unit. Bounce week, obstacle course week, water week, competition week. Variety is the point for campers who attend multiple sessions.
- Match to your age groups. A camp running 5-to-12 needs different equipment week to week than one running 8-to-14. Tell us the range.
- Keep one anchor for the whole season if you have the space — something that's always there, plus a rotating second unit.
Book the season in spring
Summer camp season overlaps our busiest delivery window. Camps that call in May for June are competing with every field day and VBS in the parish. Lock your full summer schedule in February or March and you'll get the rotation you actually want at a season rate.
Built for counselors, not event staff
Camp counselors are supervising all day already. We stick to units with simple rules for weekly rentals — standard bounce houses, combo units, obstacle courses, interactive games — and brief your staff at delivery. One monitor per unit, ages 3 and up, 200 lb per rider, socks on and shoes off. Anything that needs specialist operation, like the rock wall or archery tag, we'd staff for you as a one-off special day instead.
The practical stuff
- Power: dedicated 20 amp circuit per blower within 100 feet. Camp fields usually don't have one — generators from us, one per inflatable.
- Water weeks: hose within 50 feet. Splitters available. Confirm your camp allows water play.
- Surface: grass staked, blacktop sandbagged, gym ballasted.
- Insurance: certificate naming your camp or facility at 4.5% of the order.
- Access: 36 inches for a bounce house, 42 for a bigger game.
Common questions
Is a weekly rate cheaper than booking individual days?
Yes, meaningfully. Give us your full camp schedule and we'll price the season.
Can we get a different unit each week?
That's the point of the rotation. We'll build a schedule so returning campers see something new.
When should we book the summer?
February or March. Waiting until May means taking what's left during our busiest stretch.
Do our counselors supervise, or do you send staff?
For weekly rotations, your counselors — one per unit, and we brief them at delivery. For special days with specialist equipment, we staff it.
