St. Tammany Parish
Covington is on the Northshore, across the lake from our Kenner base. Park and facility rules are set by St. Tammany Parish and the City of Covington — confirm inflatables are permitted and plan on a generator. Because it's a longer run for us, book Northshore dates earlier than you would in Jefferson Parish.
What to check before you book
- Gate access: 36 inches for a bounce house, 42 for a bigger game. Measure the narrowest point of the whole path.
- Power: a dedicated 20 amp circuit within 100 feet, nothing else on that breaker.
- Water: a hose within 50 feet for wet units. Splitters available.
- Surface: grass staked, concrete sandbagged, indoors ballasted.
- Overhead and underground: power lines, limbs, gutters and A/C units; mark utility lines.
Book early for October and late May
Those are the two windows when every school, church and family wants the same equipment on the same Saturday. October fall festivals by August; late-May graduations and field days by March. Other times of year, a few weeks is usually plenty.
