Bounce House Rentals in Marrero
The birthday party standard. Easy to book, easy to get wrong on gate width.
Westbank lots tend to be larger than Eastbank, which opens up the bigger obstacle courses and combos that won't fit an Orleans Parish yard.
Which one to pick
- Standard bounce house. Open jumping area, best throughput per dollar, fits most yards.
- Themed inflatables. Same footprint, character artwork.
- Kiddie bounces. Smaller and lower, built for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Combo units. Bounce plus slide in one footprint — better value if your yard only fits one thing.
Measure before you book
- Gate width: 36 inches for a bounce house, 42 for a bigger game. Measure the narrowest point of the whole path, not just the gate — this is the number one reason a delivery can't be completed.
- The route: A/C units, meters, garbage cans and low gutters all narrow it.
- The setup area: flat, with a few feet of clearance on every side.
- Overhead: power lines, tree limbs, second-floor galleries.
Power
Each blower needs a dedicated 20 amp circuit within 100 feet with nothing else on that breaker. If power drops and the unit deflates, we can't refund it — so check which outlet is on which breaker before the day.
The rules people break
- One adult monitor per unit, the whole time.
- Socks on, shoes off. No glasses or jewelry.
- 200 lb per rider. Ages 3 and up.
- No food, drinks, gum or candy inside.
- No silly string, confetti or face paint — these permanently stain vinyl and we do charge for it.
Parks here run on an approved vendor list
Jefferson Parish Recreation requires you to use a vendor from its approved Spacewalk & Party Play Equipment list — and Bounce World is on it. If a company isn't on that list, JPRD won't let them set up in the park, whatever they tell you.
What JPRD requires at every park:
- You must rent a shelter — equipment is only allowed with a shelter reservation.
- You need a generator. The parks provide no electricity for inflatables. We rent them, one per inflatable.
- Dry units only. Water play equipment is prohibited at JPRD parks.
- $1,000,000 coverage per occurrence with JPRD as certificate holder — we carry it and issue the certificate.
- Your vendor receipt is due to JPRD one week before your event. This is the deadline customers miss most.
Bookings after 7:00 p.m., and any booking with alcohol, also require a police detail. Confirm current rules with JPRD when you reserve.
Westbank parks
- Johnny Jacobs Playground, PARD Playground, Estelle Playground and Parc des Familles all take shelter reservations through JPRD.
- Same rules parish-wide: approved vendor, shelter rental, generator, dry units only.
Common questions
How wide does my gate need to be?
36 inches for a bounce house, 42 for a bigger game, measured at the narrowest point of the whole access path.
Can you set up on concrete?
Yes, sandbagged instead of staked. Driveways and patios work fine.
What if I have no outlet close enough?
We rent generators. Tell us when you book rather than on the day.
